The Journey is being shown through these images by using old modes of transport such as cars and trains that are out of use due to different circumstances. To me this shows the amount of travelling and the many different journeys that each vehicle has done throughout their time transporting people. My favourite image from all of the ones above is the photo of the trains being covered and over taken by weeds indicating that they have been left their for a long time. I also feel that the choice to have this image in black and white compliments the feel of the photo and creates a sadder setting for the viewer. Personally I feel that the photograph showing the old red car abandoned in the woods is the weakest image out of them all, I just don't get the same feeling from this image than I do when looking at the others, which is a shame because it still shows a journey. Even though I can still see how a journey is linked to the image I don't think that it is a clear to see. Capturing images that inhabit old modes of transport is not a way in which I usually see the theme of journey being shown, however it is an interesting way that will stimulate the viewers mind, making them link a story of how and why the specific object has ended up being out f service, which ultimately creates a story and journey for the photograph.
