My first initial thought when seeing these images was "wow that is so clever" because its showing the changes that happen through time, however it also highlights everything that has stayed exactly the same during the same time change. After looking through these photographs and really looking into them I noticed that the differences from the time change shows the journey that has happened because of the years that has passed since the original photograph was taken. These new photogrpahs are incredible and is a starting point for an easy way to show a journey that is conducted through time in a way that is fun and engaging for a viewer. Personally, I don't have a favourite from this style of photography because they are all so interesting and show a clear journey to me. I am planning on recreating a shoot in this style for my own take, including my own personal family photographs and my own ideas. I am especially looking forward to this shoot and I think that it would be an amazing way to show my chosen theme of The Journey.
